We stayed at Park Plaza Westminster for 2 nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. Everything was very good from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Rasgna at reception was especially kind and welcoming — she allowed us an early check-in, explained everything clearly, and made us feel comfortable right away. Her professionalism and friendliness really stood out. The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. As for the minor downsides: the breakfast variety could be improved, as the selection felt a bit limited. Also, the swimming pool operates on 30-minute reservation slots, which are quite difficult to secure and feel a bit too short to fully enjoy the facilities. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back.
I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The customer service was exceptional and really made a difference. Cinzia was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. She made sure everything was smooth and that I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Michael was also fantastic—very helpful, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist with anything I needed. Both of them truly represent excellent hospitality and made my visit even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future. ⭐
Liked - The room was very comfortable and big with a nice view. The location is the best part of this place, where you have everything at walking distance across the Westminster bridge. Very close to Waterloo station and Bus Stop. Never had to rely on private transport as public transport is easily accessible. The rooms were very clean and maintained very well with room service being provided everyday. Early check-in was accommodated by the hotel and were very helpful. Disliked - Honestly Nothing!!
Hotel is really well located, which made our trip with two small kids much more comfortable. Reception stuff is very kind and helpful. Room is quiet and super-clean. Breakfast is amazing. We also had dinner there, was not sure if there's any dress-code, I felt a bit ashamed among all other well-dressed gentlemen in my jeans and hoodie, hope it was not too disturbing. The dinner meals were marvellous, my wife and kids were delighted. also the waitress Natalia was very helpful, kind and professional. Her smile made our experience even more intensive.
A beautiful stay in this hotel. Cinzia made check in really easy, and answered all of our questions upon arrival, she also upgraded our room which was very kind. The rooms were very spacious, and beds very comfortable. The hotel breakfast has a wide variety of different food to have and is suitable for gluten / dairy free needs. We had massages at the spa, which were really nice and relaxing. However the only disappointment to it would be there was only 5 beds around the swimming pool and not much space to sit if you wanted to just relax and you’d have to wait for someone to leave. But overall a positive & very relaxing stay!

It is rare to meet someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about the guests’ experience. Very good conference facilities. I'd say it was probably the most comfortable venue I've been to for a large scale conference. I was impressed with the quality of the food provided, attentive service from staff and cleanliness of the building. Only minor thing I'd suggest is having more tables to stand at outside the hall. Overall a great experience. My thanks to the hard working staff for their efforts.
The Park Plaza Westminster hotel is ideal for a first-time trip to London, especially for families on a tight schedule. The location is excellent, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and transportation. We found it very convenient that the hop-on, hop-off buses for the City Sightseeing tour were just around the corner. I would also like to specifically commend Muriel at the front desk. She went well above and beyond to make us feel welcome and got us settled into our rooms well before the check-in time despite how busy the hotel was. This was most appreciated as our flight landed at 8:00 am. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. I highly recommend staying here to experience the best of the city center.
